On Friday 12 February our ‘Wear a COVID Mask, Gold Coin Donation Fundraiser’ saw students and staff come together to demonstrate Humanity in support of the many Perth families facing a long and difficult road, rebuilding their homes after last week’s fires.

Students were encouraged to decorate a mask and to donate a gold coin.

Students wore their masks and gathered on the school oval to form a love heart as a symbol of our humanity. The moment was captured by Mike Jepson from Inception Video with his drone. We thank him for his generosity in donating his time and services.

We have been overwhelmed by the kindness of our school community and raised $1003.

Monies raised will go to The Lord Mayor’s Distress Relief Fund, Western Australia’s official State emergency fund set up to support the bushfire victims.
