Year 2 Room 1 Cockman House Excursion
We are pleased to provide you with the following details regarding our excursion to Cockman House to on Thursday 21st September. This excursion will cost $18 per child.
Students will travel by bus to Cockman House, a historical residence where students with engage in a heritage education program in alignment with the Year 2 History curriculum. Class teachers will supervise, as well as additional parent helpers from each class. If you are available to attend and assist with supervision, please see your child’s teacher as soon as possible.
Students will depart Woodlands Primary School at 8.50am sharp and return to school at approximately 12.20pm.

Children will need to wear their full green school uniforms. They will need to bring their drink bottles and morning tea in a small nude food container.
It is important that your child’s Health Care Summary is up to date. These can be updated at the school office. If the proposed excursion poses any additional health risks to those identified in the Student Health Care Summary, e.g. if your child suffers from anaphylaxis there may be risks associated with the storage of an adrenaline auto injector at the appropriate temperature. Please outline additional health risks on the permission slips attached.
Please fill out the attached forms and return to your child’s class teacher by Tuesday 19th September 2017.
