This app is a unique tool developed by psychologists and educators to help bring balance to your life. It only takes 10 minutes a day! They have a special initiative to help you to remain inspired, stay connected and foster good mental habits during the COVID-19 crisis.

This is the #1 free app for sleep, anxiety and stress. The people at Insight Timer believe everyone deserves access to a free daily meditation practise and has provided access to 40,000 free guided meditations
The Resilience Project https://theresilienceproject.com.au/
The Resilience Project app is a daily well-being journal. Each day users will be prompted to identify their emotions, record moments of gratitude and practice mindfulness. The aim is to develop emotional literacy, engage with the positive things in life and be actively present. This app is suitable for and has programs designed specifically for primary & secondary school students, as well as adults of all ages wanting to improve their mental well-being. We have mindfulness scripts to ensure this app has everyone covered
